There are inherent risks in the participation in or on any interactive device or Inflatable attraction which every patron accepts by participation. Participants and supervisors should be aware that they have a duty to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while in, near, or on the Inflatable attraction or activity.

Notice: Unit requires a dedicated 15-amp outlet. Do not plug other electrical devices into same circuit or circuit will trip. Call us immediately if you have any difficulties or concerns.

Rules for Inflatable Bouncer*

It is the responsibility of the person(s) or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the Inflatable. Please ensure the following safety instructions are followed:

*A responsible adult attendant (18 years or older) must ALWAYS be posted at the entrance of the unit. They should control patrons’ behavior; anyone not complying should be removed. Never leave unit unattended.

  1. ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPS (To avoid neck and back injuries)
  2. All participants should remove all shoes, jewelry, glasses, badges, and any sharp objects to avoid injury to people using the equipment and harm to the Inflatable.
  3. Anyone with previous or current physical injuries should not participate.
  4. Participants should be of similar age, size, and stature. Do not allow younger children to bounce with older children. NO ADULTS UNLESS UNIT IS RATED TO HANDLE.
  5. Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
  6. No pets, toys, or sharp instruments on the Inflatable at any time.
  7. Patrons should enter slowly and exit the unit in a sitting position.
  8. Prevent obstruction of entrance. No playing, bouncing, or sitting on the front step or apron is allowed.
  9. Participants should not climb, hang, or sit on walls.
  10. Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
  11. No shoes, food, drinks, candy or chewing gum allowed on Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition, the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge up to $500.00 (five hundred dollars and no cents).)
  12. No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or SILLY STRING to be used either on or near the Inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired.)
  13. Adhere to recommended capacity. The number of users at any one time should be limited to allow each user enough room to play safely.
  14. Only (1) rider allowed at the top of water slide/obstacle at a time; (2) riders for double lane obstacles/slides; or no more than (6) riders per bounce house or combo unit.
  15. Keep users off the unit when it is being inflated and deflated. Deflate when not in use.
  16. No somersaults, contact, or horseplay allowed.
  17. If rental is used at night, proper lighting is required.
  18. Periodically inspect tie downs and ground anchors to make sure they are properly secured. If indoors, make sure the unit has not shifted.
  19. Unit is to be shut down and deflated if winds begin to drastically alter speed (20mph) or direction.
  20. Do not operate when raining, due to slick surfaces.
  21. Before operation, become familiar with the blower and any emergency exits.
  22. Participants must not sit or lie down while others are bouncing around them.
  23. Report all incidents and accidents immediately.
  24. Use of water on the unit (unless water slide) is strictly prohibited.
  25. PCB Bounce LLC is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is the lessee’s responsibility to tell PCB Bounce LLC where Inflatable is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior to set-up.

If for any reason the Inflatable deflates there is no cause for alarm. Tell participants to remain calm and evacuate them through the exit immediately and evaluate the following:

  1. If the electrical cord becomes unplugged, reinsert the plug.
  2. If Inflatable becomes untied from the blower, secure ties.
  3. If the blower tube becomes kinked, straighten out the tube to remove kinks.
  4. If the circuit breaker has tripped, evaluate, and reconnect.
  5. If the blower overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the main, then switch it back on again 1-2 minutes later. If it does not restart, inform us immediately.

Cleanliness/Damage: The unit shall be delivered in a clean and operational condition. Upon completion of the rental period, PCB Bounce, LLC will conduct a walk around of the unit to ensure that the unit is in the same condition as when dropped off. Normal wear is to be expected. Renter is asked to wipe down and sweep out any debris from use. Should damage occur during rental period or the unit not be cleaned, renter understands that the security/damage deposit may be forfeited in its entirety.

Lessee agrees to ensure all users (users’ guardians of the rental go over and read all rules.

Lessee agrees to PCB Bounce’s right to enter the premises of the lessee at any time to repossess said equipment.

Lessee agrees to reimburse PCB Bounce for all attorney fees, an amount not less than 50% of all sums due, court costs, and expenses incurred by PCB Bounce to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this contract.

Lessee agrees not to loan, sublet, or otherwise depose of equipment at any other location.

Lessee agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.

If the Inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the renter agrees to pay up to $5,000.00 (five thousand dollars and no cents).

Lessee agrees to ensure that all users (and users’ guardians) of the rental go over and read all rules.

Conditions: In consideration of being permitted access to the use and enjoyment of the above equipment and recognizing and acknowledging that use of this equipment may inherently carry some risk of injury, the undersigned, in his/her personal capacity, and on behalf of any minor or other users, hereby waives any liability to the owner/operator of said equipment and agrees to indemnify and save harmless said owner/operator, its agents, servants and employees from any and all actions or liabilities for any injury or loss that may result from said use. I, the undersigned, have carefully read and fully understand and agree to the above rules and conditions above.

Lessee understands and acknowledges that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling; slipping; crashing or colliding; emotional injury; paralysis; distress; damage; or death to any participant. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold PCB Bounce LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages, and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Lessee hereby releases and holds harmless PCB Bounce LLC from injuries or damage incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. PCB Bounce LLC cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PCB Bounce LLC from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The person(s) or organization renting this equipment from PCB Bounce LLC will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the Inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.

By signing this agreement, I accept the Rental, Safety, and Liability terms and conditions.
